Orders are typically processed within 5-14 business days of being placed.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery time frames are provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
GrownGreenGoodies is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once you receive a response from the carrier, please follow up with us so we can explore other ways to help.

If your package arrives with repairable damage, we will repair the item at no cost to you with proper photo/video evidence of the initial damages. To qualify for repair, you must submit a repair request within 12 hours of tracking confirmed delivery. Minor exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted creations and personalized services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason, except as required by law.

Lifetime Repairs:
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer free repairs for minor damage to your GGG product for the lifetime of the product.

Repair Disclaimer:
The determination of what constitutes a "minor" repair is at the sole discretion of GrownGreenGoodies.
Repair services are subject to availability and may require a reasonable processing time.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending products for repair.
GGG is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
